1. Can you do design accroding to my place?
Yes. You can share us CAD drawing or room size. We will do design according to your special requirement, like theme, function area, interesting games, player, budget etc

2. What’s your minimum order?
We don’t have MOQ limit. We can do size from 10sq.m to 5000sq.m etc, all no problem. Just basing on your area.

3. What’s your payment terms ?
By T/T,50% deposit in advance, balance 50%  before shipment.

4. Can you design the  Playground Equipments according to my budget?
Yes, we have a professional design team, who could design one according to your space and budget or any other requirements.

5. Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your own workers  over to help install the Playground ? What’s the cost?
We will test install main parts, And marked on products.

Install drawing will also provided after production.

We will also provide reference video, install tips for reference.

Our engineer can also go to your country, help install on site.  The installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract.

6.What’s your warranty?

Our warranty is 1 year. For no human damage, we will provide replace accessories for free. Customer will bear the transport fee.

After the warranty period, we can provide paid spare parts.

7.Ｈow long is the lifespan?

Our products can use for more than 8 years
